Filmmaker and content creator
I am a writer/director whose short films -- Smoking Kills and The Thing About the Morning After -- have screened at 45 international festivals on three continents and won five awards.
I have several film and TV projects in development, including Patience and the Traveler, which won the honorable mention at the Maison du Film's 2019 showcase of promising new scripts.
I offer full-spectrum video production, from conception and scripting through shooting to post-production. Recent projects include documentary-style shorts for a nonprofit agency and a promotional interview video for a travel website.
I also contribute to other people's film projects, serving in just about every capacity from production assistant to editor.
Writing and editing
I have fifteen years' experience providing writing and editorial services for clients in international development, publishing (trade and general audience), government, academia, and the nonprofit sector.
Clients include UNESCO, the Overseas Development Institute, Erickson Living, Bloom, Conscience, Oxford University Press, Routledge, and The Stanley Foundation.
